FAQ's

How long does postage take?

Your order will be shipped within 48hours of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified. Shipping times are subject to Australia Post schedules and typically range from 3-10 business days.

Where are the pick up locations?

While our store is 100% online, we offer pick up locations in Marlow Lagoon N.T & Tyabb V.I.C. 

What happen's if stock is not available at my preferred pick up location?

When you are selecting your item/s to purchase, you will be able to see pick-up. location availability. 

We do our best to maintain similar stock in both locations, however, sometimes order's may require split delivery. Select to have your item's delivered via post upon check-out and if there is a particular item/s that is available at your preferred pick-up location and you require it sooner, please send us an email to arrange pick-up and the remainder will be posted :)

Do you gift wrap?

Yes!
We sure do, all of our orders come gift wrapped. If you select a card to
purchase with your order, you can request for a hand-written note of choice - please write this in the comment section at check-out.
