What is the best way to contact Country to Seaside?

Where are you located?
Our store is online with pick up available from Marlow Lagoon N.T
When can I pick up my items?
When we recieve your order, we will contact you via email to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. We both work full-time so will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable time outside of standard business hours i.e afternoon's and weekend's. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
When will you post my order?
We aim to post orders within 48hours. We will contact you if any issues arise.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We sure do, all of our orders come gift wrapped. If you select a card to purchase with your order, you can request for a hand-written note of choice - please write this in the comment section at check-out.
Help! I placed an order although haven't recieved any confirmation. What should I do?
No worries at all! Just send us an email at hello@countrytoseaside.com.au with purchase details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
